We recently had the pleasure of experiencing the culinary genius of Chef Ashok at Cafe Del, a hidden gem nestled in the enchanting town of Old Manali. Chef Ashok's passion for food shines through in every dish. The creativity and attention to detail in the flavours, textures, and presentation are a testament to their expertise and dedication to their craft. With a focus on using fresh, seasonal ingredients, the Chef showcases the rich flavours of the Himalayan region in a remarkable way. Each dish is a harmonious blend of vibrant spices, fragrant herbs, and perfectly balanced sauces. We enjoyed indulging in various dishes that left us spellbound during our visit. The Chef's special Barbeque Chicken (A MUST TRY) was a true highlight. Apart from this, we tried a variety of dishes such as Idli & Dosa, Chicken Wrap, Chicken Biryani, Cheese Sandwich, Chicken Curry, Chicken Noodles, and much more Beyond the culinary delights, the passion and dedication of Chef Ashok and their team at Cafe Del shine through in their interactions with guests. Their willingness to cater to dietary preferences and offer personalized recommendations demonstrates their commitment to ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Ordered Chicken Momos(steamed only once), Chicken rice-bowl, Chicken Barbecue western style(must try). Thanks to the chef and owner, wonderful hospitality & explained all recipes in detail. We got complementary lassi and blue tea.

The service offered by owner and chef is really great. They are willing to provide customised food as per preference. Very homely vibe in the cafe. Chilly momos was amazing in the taste.

Wow!!! We ate here 3 days in a row. The food is super good, and the service is wonderful. Ashok, the manager is nice and will find the best food for you. In the photos, you can see the BBQ Chicken with Tahini sauce, and BBQ vegetables. Great food and great price!

An eclectic little restaurant in Old Manali, Del 37 is definitely a must try Uncle Ashok who runs the place is warm and is always looking to give you the best experience. We were stuck in Manali during the 23 flash floods where the whole of Manali was experiencing power-cuts and no network for days. Uncle had kindly let us eat with promise to pay him later when we reached another city as we were low on cash. We had some barbecue chicken which was beyond words! The chai here is also very good A very cute place. Would 10/10 recommend

This place has a nice vibe, its a small cafe with not much seating but the hosts seem genuinely nice. We had a mix chicken and veg barbecue here and the sauce made by them. Definitely a place worth trying when in Old Manali. The quantity of the platter is good and was barbecued in western style. Good variety of menu. Would definitely like to visit again

If u r searching for good healthy and clean food. Then do visit this place. Owner Mr. Yadav welcomes u with warm smile. He have lot of menu... People eat rice bowl here. We tried Israel's dish shakshuka with bread and chicken burger. Both dishes were amazing and cost is also nominal. Thanks for complementary rose tea.

We are so glad we came here for food! We became regular customers instantly and would love to visit here again if we come back to Manali. The food is made with lots of love. Every dish is made with authenticity that we did not find elsewhere in the town. Great good for reasonable price. I've put all the pictures of the food that we are here
