Cafe De Tavern - Cafe in Mussoorie - Dehradun, India

This is a small cafe situated on Mall Road in Mussoorie. The exteriors and interiors of the cafe give it a rustic vibe and it looks really beautiful and picturesque. We had dined here in the evening and ordered Veg Pizza, and Veg Pasta along with Cold Coffee. To be honest, I did not like the food here at all. It was half cooked and was below average. I was highly disappointed. The service was good though; with the waiters being very courteous and helpful. Another thing that I liked here was the availability of books. The books were nicely showcased on the wall fixture which you could take down and read there. Couldn't help but mention that the tableware was also beautiful and intricate.

This place has a very vintage vibe and rustic feel to it. One of the mist memorable cafes I have ever visited. The wood fired pizzas along with old music and heritage style ambience literally take you back in time.

Aesthetic Cafe with good wood fired Pizza!! Loved the ambiance and music was good. We tried wood fired pizza along with Orange Mojito and it was delicious! But the cafe is always full and we felt that the place is a little understaffed as we had to chase the waiters to get done with our order. Overall Highly Recommended!

It was really pathetic and disappointing experience. After a long hike day we decided to eat pizza and went to the cafe de tevran. Ordered a soup and pizza. First they served the soup along with burnt toast which u can see clearly in the picture. I asked waiter that can't u see this is completely burnt and you still serving. I was really surprised that they actually served us burnt toast. After that pizza came that was even more disappointing totally rubbish. We hardly had two slice and left it. Total waste of money They didn't even give us any discount out of courtesy and charged the full amount. I will never recommend to anyone.

Warm ambience comes with not just the place but also with the hospitality. We were welcomed by the staff in a much friendly manner than any other cafes in Mall Road. The entrance displays a set of mouth watering confectionaries and trust me you won't regret tasting more than one. Don't miss their pizzas and hot chocolate

Amazing cafe. Best food in Mussoorie. Right from pizzas to burgers to shakes, everything is worth it. Especially the wood fired pizzas are amazing. Must try their pastries, they are fab. Go visit them and Thank me later Staff is courteous, very friendly and supportive.

It's been 3rd time I have visited this place during my visit in Mussoorie. Service is not up to the mark but wood fire pizza definately makes up to it. All vegitarian as well as non vegitarian options are great! Drinks are also good but pizza is something which cannot be missed.

The hazelnut coffee was spot on not too sweet not too bitter, served with a plain sugar cookie. The staff is also very humble. All their pizzas are soo good, the basil is fresh and the drizzle of olive oil
