Nice cosy cafe. I like the interiors, especially the ceiling design. Looks really cool. I tried the reverse capoucino Rs280. I feel the milk is not very creamy and rich. It feels watery and lets the coffee down. Lot to improve.
It's a perfect place in the mall to feel cozy. Loved the vibe. Service was amazing. They try to understand what your taste and respect special request. Like I wanted a strong cold coffee, and it was top-notch.

It's located next to washroom in isolated place! The worst service. I ordered two cheesecake online and you can see the condition of the order in the photo. They are running with minimum staff and have worst service. I don't recommend CCD in general and specially this branch. Items are overpriced. Please improve your service.

Recently cafe coffee day outlets disappointed me in Vijayawada and Kondapur. But this out let in Sath city mall is an exception. The fresh and soft chese cake along with a cup of cappuccino made my day. The ambience of the outlet is cool. Staff are courteous. Keep it up Coffee Day.
Great place, however the price of the coffee is pretty overpriced. The quantity is good though so that compensates to some extent. The brownie is really good too. It's around the same pricing point as Starbucks, however, according to me, CCD is better for the Indian taste palette.
