I waited 30 mins for my order and I was the only person there. Only after 20 minutes of giving my order only one couple came to order. So basically there was no rush. Even after asking again and again no prompt action. When order came the whipped cream has chunck of solid ice. It was not whipped properly. Even after telling them they just wanted to rub it off. I love cafe coffee day Even more than Starbuck but if this kind of service is provided then it would not be an enjoyable experience
Everything is perfect. But I would recommend not to take "cold brew".It tastes so bad. Well its upto you,but from my side its a total waste of money. You will waste your 250 or 300 bugs,trust me.
I had very bad experience with staff i ordered cold coffee as i didnt have too much time to sit there and finish my coffee so i asked them to provide some disposal but they denied they said they have policy if we dine in then they can provide disposal to take away ...i'm investing money in food i cant waste but rules are pathetic in ccd in gip
Nice ambience. Super helpful staff. Food options are a bit limited but otherwise a good place to sit down comfortably and eat when you get tired of running around the G.i.p.

Had a very bad experience with them. We ordered one cappuccino and a chocolate muffin and sat down on the chairs waiting for the coffee to be delivered. But even after 30 minutes there was no sign of our order. Meanwhile people who came there after us were served. Upon enquiry the person there told us that the muffin had to be heated and the microwave was taking a long time!!! Apparently they had forgotten to serve our order. And there was no apology from their side! Sheer waste of time there. Will never go and won't recommend anyone to go there.
