Suitable for friends,business chats,introducing.job,learning,studying on laptops.families,get togethers etc. Consumes time enjoying beans coffee,pastries,snacks,milkshakes&mocktails. Very spacious than other ccds in cities. A must visit place for locals&visitors

My dining experience at Cafe Coffee Day was a complete disaster Incompetent Waiter: The waiter attending to me seemed utterly clueless and disengaged. Despite clearly ordering a sizzling brownie, he carelessly nodded to everything I said without actually listening. Consequently, I was billed for a cake shake, showing a complete lack of attentiveness and responsibility on his part. Unprofessional Staff: To make matters worse, the waiter had to call his colleague to complete the billing process. Unfortunately, this supposed senior staff member was constantly on the phone, paying little attention to customers. As a result, the inexperienced staff member was left to handle customers, which turned into a highly frustrating experience. Non-Functional Air Conditioner: The restaurant's air conditioner was not working, leaving the entire dining area uncomfortably hot. This lack of a basic necessity significantly impacted the overall dining experience, further spoiling the already disappointing food, worst customer service. I strongly advise staying away from this store.

Never seen such a pathetic coffee day shop in my life. AC is not working. More over tried their newly curated masala Chai which is a flop. Total waste of money. Visited here with my business influencer for a discussion. He also disappointed. Never return to this place. I suggest people to think before going there. Total waste of money.

I felt like they didn't maintain it properly. AC is not working. The food we ordered was not as good as we expected .

A cool place with a great interiors, well laid out seating with great air conditioning. The coffee and snack selection is limited. A cool peaceful spot for a quick bite with your friends or alone to get some work done. There are a few energy drinks and coffee powders packs for sale. There is a rest room inside the restaurant. But no wheelchair access either to the restaurant or the restroom. Overall, an above average place for the coffee lovers, But what lets down this place seriously is the attitude of the staff. They look very tired and lazy. A simple coffee from the Barista could take atleast 20 minutes. The staff need to bring up their act together otherwise a great brand would loose its identity. It's a shame.

Food is worst. Your taste buds needs to be gone to eat and Prices have nothing to do with food. You can order water bottle instead of the food here.
