The place is located in the centre of the mall, in an open environment which makes the experience less pleasing. Food and coffee quality and taste served here is at par with cafe coffee day standards. Service and Staff could be improved a bit to be more helpful to the customers.
I often visit here, the service is appalling. They ask you if you want to have your coffee "strong",it has extra charges but they dont inform you before hand. Giving suggestions is one thing but then totally dismissing what the customer wants and taking the suggestions too far is not very likeable. I know it is an open area but still there are far too many flies hovering over the food. I believe this one outlet is the sole reason i may not want to visit ccd again.
Interesting outlet .. don't display food in the glass counter but they actually have everything on the menu.. which was good to know.. I tried a paneer sub which was ok .. not many options in the mall so the decision was easy. Take what you are getting

At CCD you don't have to wait in the lines for ordering food. Just scan the QR code from your table and order. That's it.
The worst chocolate pastry I've ever had. Not even fit for a dog. Stake, smelly and hard. Told the manager and instead of checking for the complaint she says it's orange flavour without even tasting it. Never again am I ever setting foot in another CCD again. Would never recommend it to anyone

The vibe and interior of this place is just amazing, loved the interior. I have ordered their Aro special kothey momos, I liked them but they are little oily. If you don't like eating oil with your food then try some other momos otherwise their filli
As all Chaayos outlets, this is another 5* place. The site is situated right in the middle of jwala heri market in a mall. Good ambience. Ample seats for 30-40 people. Good service and as always great tea.
