Ever heard of VOUCHERS? From SBI CREDIT CARDS? No? Didn't think so... Not only was the employee unwilling to use it, she straight up said no to it. Despite me telling that I had used a voucher before in Mohali. You want to know why your rating on Zomato is dropping to 2.5/5? Because of your inability to hold on to customers. Carry on with your excellent service. No wonder I had to walk out of the damned shop.

Just an ok kind of experience as compared to other CCDs. The sitting place is quite congusted and does not give a clean look. Owner must ideally look at revamping.
Not good customer handling. I order for chill shake Nd they automatically assumed that I am not interested in *buy one Nd get one free* offer on chill shake. Their scanner machine was working but they refuse to let me use or earn my coffee beans on my order. Worst experience at any CCD ever. Still place looks good Nd decent place to hang out but their non professional behaviour make it sour for me.

Quite possibly the best Latte I've ever had. The ambience is nice and cozy. We ordered pizza and fries along with our coffee, and it was standard affair. Haven't forgotten the coffee even after a year in this late review.
