It's a nice place to catch up with your friends and have long chit chats. Staff is polite and helpful. They have place to sit both inside and outside the cafe. I had ordered for ' Devil's Own ' there and it has become one of my favourites now. The best part is it'll be one the most crowded branches of CCD once the Metro arrives in this zone.
Not very great experience. OTG wasn't working so no sandwiches and had to opt for beverages only. Later on when it was fixed, system had an error which didn't allow buying only the sandwich. Quality was just OK. Not very spacious or maintained too well.
If 3.5 were an option, I'd give that! I had the Gourmet Hot Chocolate and it was perfect!
Very spacious and nicely located at corner of best colony rd and link road. Used to be bru cafe earlier. Easy to find piace to sit even during crowded hours. External sitting is covered so trains are not much of an issue
Worst service by the management. We waited for about 20 min as our client was about to reach so thought to order after he comes. The staff came and asked me like anything order so I portrayed the situation so that he would be understandable but he said that no sir you need to order something as you can't sit idle for so long and we also need to pay the rent of the store and bla bla bla. Had a bad experience.
So I wanted some coffee to gift my cousin so I went here and asked if they had some coffee beans and there was this lady and the reception and she said that they don't have beans they only have powder so I looked at that outlet they have and they didn't write size of grind of the coffee so I asked the lady at reception what the size of grind is and after her mind leaving her body for sold 4 seconds she said :'like this coffee powder you use to make coffee' like I know it's powder I ain't blind I just wanted to know what size the grind is can't believe employees of CCD don't even know about what grind size is smh and I just left
