One thing we love about this place is... We can get our work done here without any disturbance... we won't be asked to leave or anything... as per the delicacies here... cappuccino is like every other place... but personally I loved the new add ons... Lychee Lavender frappe and Gourmet Belgian Cold Chocolate... They were amazing... and the rest as to chilly cheese toast is good...

I didn't like the experience there. I visited that place with my friend. We ordered some coffee and we were talking but they told us to go out since we are not reordering anything else. They told other customers were waiting but in fact no one was waiting. It was so embarrassing when some one tells to leave when u visit that place to enjoy some nice coffee and chat with friends. Jus didn't like the service.

Cafe Coffee Day to the youth is a "hangout" spot where they meet people, make conversations, and have a whole lot of fun over steaming cups of great coffee. It's been an exciting journey since then to becoming the largest organised retail cafe chain in the country. Large quantity of coffee and tasty like to have at least one in a day, Also as per my visits many business meetings will happen here and good place to spend couples for chit chat

Visited for a frappe. Frappe was very watery, it was too diluted. Around 250rs for a coffee and it is diluted. Irony. First floor had lot of people smoking. Ground floor was better for a quite coffee..

Hopeless, horrible hot coffee served cold, dirty table. Bad experience. Cold coffee also not up to the mark.and now they have changed and changed for the better, they have done a complete and comprehensive make over. This place looks much better now with friendly staff and great service.

Online It shows it opens at 8. But they don't take customers till 10am. I wanted a coffee after dropping my daughter to school. But when I arrived at the store they didn't even give me a take out. Went there 3 times this month. BUT WHEN I ORDERED FROM ZOMATO right outside the store. They accepted the order I live close by. I drove back home and received my coffee. Now I order from Starbucks, atleast they are open when they say they are.

Handpick spot to meet freelancers and finish works the whole day by having a cup of cappuccino. The staffs are so friendly here. I always recommend CCD.

Only there hot chocolate is goodbut there coffee is not up to date
