I am not a smoker nor do i not endorse smoking. There are 2 sections indoor and outdoor. It's common sense to smoke indoors. But what's the problem if people smoke outdoors? Do they come blow smoke on your face or go fill the bathrooms with smoke?? Nobody smokes at KFC or McDonald's! When it's been done responsibly or reasonably, I think it should be permitted. Don't they pay money for the food and services? If this cafe is so intolerant. Then the cafe can enjoy solitude and loss. You have indoor and outdoor yet... it shows arrogance in a proud manner. The worst characteristic of them all. Restaurants that have 100 seats filled and a long wait or that require reservations to be done 3 weeks prior have this kind of attitude. What do you have?? Three day old patisserie, diluted coffee, brown coated white sugar??

They charge a bomb for a coffee but doesn't spend a penny on hygiene and maintenance. Today I rat fell on me while having coffee, one my worst experience while I was on a meeting. The staff did not have the courtesy to even apologise. Requesting everyone not to visit this branch unless u like rats.

It's a nice place to hangout with friends & spend time. Coffe & snacks are average . This is a place where u can hangout & sir for a long time without worrying & if food price & taste is not a concern

I'd never had a high opinion of CCD or thought of it as a "cafe", having only been to a branch once in Delhi. But here I was pleasantly suprised! This is like a proper cafe you'd find in the West. The location at the end of the road near Ashoka Pillar in South Bangalore is beautiful. The building and layout is excellent. The "summer specials" selection is the best coffee I ever had. Service is great. They only give 1GB of Wifi however (SLAY gives more but isn't half as good). I came here multiple times when I was nearby, sometimes even taking an auto to get here.

Pathetic quality of items.. Old stuff..orderee piece of cake for kid..it was so hard as if reheated many times..not breakable with spoon.. Taste was bad.. Waste of money. 210/- for single piece of cake and this is what they give..Even the breverages ordered were too sweet and taste not upto mark. ... Never thought CCD would go so low in quality.

Turned out to be my favourite CCD so far with a peaceful ambience, located right next to Ashoka pillar. Has spacious outside and inside seating. Peaceful place to spend some time to chill or work. Food quality was good as per CCD standards (can't complain) Staff are nice and friendly.

Best place to hang with and without Friends. Had devil own.. after long time. Taste is same no changes even after many years later. This devil's own is the one of signature cold coffee of cafe coffee day. It had won best brew in international competition. The best part is this is topped with double wipped cream with coffee beans. The smoothly layer with crunchy coffee beans gives you a different Taste all together. The cold coffee with chocolate sauce on side is too yummy. Next I had is new dish which is veg cheese wrap. Which I felt this could have been better. My overall experience is overloaded with happiness as coffee day is. Thanks for keeping devil own signature coffee in menu. Thanks for not changing this.
