Cafe Coffee Day - Nandan Kanan Road - Cafe in Bhubaneswar - Khordha, India

This CCD looked so nice and spacious from the outside that we decided to step in. Ordered for tangerine white chocolate cold coffee, cappuccino, bun with paneer. Cold coffee had no flavour at all. Asked to change then they showed some resistance. Once changed they ddnt add cream. On inquiring why the manager said that they replace coffee not cream nd since cream had dissolved they ddnt. Sounds weird but they added. Then the cold coffee was not cold at all but the manager again argued that it was. Finally i asked him to cancel nd give refund for which he refused point blank. We ordered for Croissant,, which were average. Bun was decent.. cappuccino was not hot..attitude of the manager was not good.. they want us to take something else in place of coffee that too after insisting otherwise they insisted to take Frappe instead. I told him that the same coffee in Delhi ccd tastes so good nd he is telling me that you must have gone to a different place or coffee day. I m a regular with this coffee nd I know the taste. Pl credit ur customer with some intelligence.

They would be arguing on the wrong delivery. I have asked for iced mocha given with 75% of its glass and arguing on this is how we serve.

Great place. The place is comfortable and relaxing. Staffs are great too.

Worst place ever. Nice place to get cheated and even better place to get robbed. They added items that we didn't order and made us pay more than 500 rupees. The latte was only boiled water and some dry milk. The garlic bread stank and was absolutely revolting. Next time you want to get robbed and want some horrible food this is the place to be.

CCD has handicap staff, which the guest doesn't know until told... And they make mistakes and find easy way out that they are under privileged. The incident is that We had ordered something then he brought something, then later his excuse was he is deaf,so we should understand about his problem. Why?? I don't understand,hire them but why on front desk?? Or here we come here to be stressed?? Please help

Good place to hangout with friends. Shakes are too good to have. Small and cozy place with music to sit and talk over. Service is good. The ambiance is quiet and decent.

Nic place but food price is very high so be careful....

Located inside a hotels building on ground floor. Not at all good. No proper seating location. Doesn't even resemble a CCD. Looks like a basement store just like in underground metros.
