Cafe Coffee Day - Cafe in Shoolagiri - Krishnagiri, India

Once - always the best coffee in town and i loved it, but now the quality of service is really down. See the pic of the spoon served in CCD!! more so the sweeper cleans the floor outside the shop, the wash room and the table with the same broom!! right IN front of the customer. Need to look for a different coffee shop, if anyone knows please advise.

Great coffee. This cafe is available 24 hrs .We had coffee in our long jounrey at 4 am from here.

Good ambiance, safe location for night travelers to grab a cup of coffee.

We used to love this place, but they need to be careful who they hire. If the owner notices, he will find that I visit atleast once a week. We travel every week on the highway and there is this new guy working in the shop(who is working in the evenings) who is bad mannered and keeps talking rude to me and my wife. I think he has been hired more recently. He constantly spends time with another lady across in another shop (Chocolate store) is not even at the counter. When asked, he says he has a language problem. He smiles and says very hurtful things. He even asked us to not come if we don't like it. We used to be a regular customer until we had to deal with him twice. There is this really good and better mannered guy in the morning and the slightly overweight guy in the afternoon is also decent. The one who works in the evening is a real piece of work.

Super sweet staff, Good food and fast service! It was refreshing to see sanitation was followed through. The samosa's aren't spicy (so not stomach disturbances while travelling yay) and the spinach corn cheese toast was an overload of cheese, yummm

Great place for a break. The ambience is nice and modern, and the best thing about this place is that it's open through the night, till 4am (4-7am is their cleaning time as far as I understand). I've visitied this outlet a bunch of times, and have always had a good experience. If you're in Bangalore, a night ride/drive to this place is fun. There is a McDonalds next to the cafe, which also stays open 24/7.

This Cafe Coffee Day is situated in a Highway HP Petrol Station Complex. Very aesthetically designed with appealing interiors. Neatly maintained. Very friendly staff. They have a quick buy counter at their entry point. If you want to spend some relaxing time in a good ambience with best coffee, then stop here.

No AC,No cleanliness, Refrigerator is not proper. Worn out equipments just observe you can find it .Staff not in proper uniform. Usually i won't mind but plain chappals worn by staff was so dirty had to mention.No customer attention.Had to wait & look for the cashier to place an order. Worst Experience. No proper view. cardboard boxes openly stored next to seating. felt like having coffee in a godown. None of the AC was working. No fans you can feel the congestion.complained to staff they said under repair. If it is 1 ac understandable all the 4 ac are non working. Very poor maintenance from the cafeday.
