It's New at Max Saket Smart Building Campus. Neat and clean.. you can pay through Paytm. They don't serve to room now.. there's sitting area having more than 10 seats in a closed section. Staff are good in behaviour and services..
One of the outlets of cafe coffee Day. It is located inside the premises of Max hospital Saket. Visitors and attandents can sit here and have hot & cold beverages with snacks. However, taste of coffee and tea is not that good given the prices of items. Though the ambiance is quite good. They accept payment through various methods such as cash and cards.
The food and beverage department at max saket which is run by the team comprising of mr. Pravesh mishra and mr. Sonu.Dieticians miss chetna and miss ritika is run very effectively . This is less of a coffee shop but more of a 'waiting area'for visitors to the hospital, so unfortunately a customer who wants to sit & have a coffee break & pay money is not privileged to get table service as visitors wdout ordering are sitting on the few tables avlbl!!!???what's worse is that the staff make no effort to get u a table!!
Food is okay. But very poorly trained staff in billing. They don't know how to bill the customer using their CCD app. Moreover, they don't have PayTM and don't know how the offers on CCD work. Otherwise staff are polite & courteous.
The quality of every items has gone down, don't order pizza you have to vomit, cappuccino is just like warm water, there are so many items in the menu but only one or two available in reality.
