This place serves good coffee. It is at par with any other CCD. The food was fresh here and the coffee was also great. The ambience is nice and has a great view of the main road. The staff was very courteous and helped us with the order. The place is also very neat and clean.

Was first billed wrong , then was blamed and then apologize for mistake and rebilled it was fine , but later we got our order the cold belginal milkshake (frappe) special . The texture is very bad , it's just crushed ice .

Burgers were delicious but the Hot Chocolate was too sugary

This was a horrible experience. The tables were not cleaned. And nobody seemed to care. We had to throw the used tissues on our table. The restrooms are filthy and tap of the only hand wash is broken. This is supposed to be a great place to hang out for friends and family. But seems to be reduced to a place where individuals come in buy the least expensive drink and sit there for hours using the free wifi. Nothing against them.. but not the ambience for families to come in. However coming back to the food. Had their cheese laced garlic bread and cheese chilli toasties.... To be frank found no difference between the 2. Other than the fact there were 2 cheese chilli toast and single garlic bread. With garlic bread costing more. Lol. The mango smoothie was whole of uncrushed ice at the bottom. Latte was so so ..... Get the repairs done and maintain the place guys...... It was disappointing

The place offers a wide variety of coffee drinks and eateries as well. The way to order is a bit confusing, as i saw in a few tables they were taking orders at the table whole, no one came to our table after waiting for almost 1hr. ( We ordered at the counter) The drinks were good and recommended as well. Do try out their burgers as they're really good.

Perfect for working or group meetings. Free wifi is available, coffee is good - cant complain. Staff is nice and helpful. I worked here for a few days, and dont have any complaints so far. There are a few plug points around that can be used to charge electronics. For some reason the Barista have to serve Americano in tall glasses, which are usually used for milkshakes or Icecream Sundays. I requested to have Americano in a coffee cup, but apparently they are not allowed to serve it in a coffee cup. To enforce this, CCD has put a camera facing the Barista directly, so they have to do EXACTLY what they are told. its a small thing, but the Barista have to work under pressure and strict surveillance and most probably not paid as well as any other third wave coffee places :/ I just wanted my coffee in a cup...

Horrible is not the word! When they cant maintain their stds, y dont they shut it down..I had ordered paneer sandwich..It wasn't event heated and it was served cold..the staff is not well trained..the toilets are poorly maintained..on the whole it was a bad experience

Ordered smoked chicken sandwich and this what I got ...skinny bread with chicken pieces...on asking staff said we didn't have veggies or lettuce to fill in. I ordered mochaccino felt like drinking flat white with skimmed milk.
