I love Cafe Coffee Day! It's a nice, cozy place with a lot of coffee options. The one thing I would say is that the service times are pretty long and it can be quite noisy. But I don't mind as it just means more time to relax.

With clear instructions i ordered an 'Irish coffee' and it's the same way it's mentioned in the menu as well and they gave me a normal coffee with Irish flavour. The staff doesn't understand only what the person is asking for and ideally it's their fault and they should have replaced the order later on but they simply ignored. Mood spoiler.
Editing my review after making another 2-3 visits to this place. Though my first experience was bad but rest all were very good. The place has relaxing vibes, drinks were good this time, I made sure I am making them understand which drink I want. The seating are also comfortable so as of now this has become my go to place. I tried McD, Tea post and other nearby ones too as I have to spend 2-3 hrs daily in that area but CCD is the best.
