Very poor coffee and service. Pathetic mall. Not at all recommended.
Worst experience. I ordered classic lemonade. After making payment I had to wait for 10 minutes to get the order just because all 3 staff members were busy fighting with each other. Then comes the classic lemonade to help me cool down in this hot weather. To my surprise it was hot... So she just used normal water which wasn't cold and forgot to put ice. Then I took my first sip and realised there is no sugar... I am done with these pop outlets of CCD.
They charge you more than what's on menu. Then they try to say it was tax. Where as tax was clearly charged and printed on bill. After asking more precisely they acted as if there was a mistake and gave back cash.
The ambience is clamorous.
It's ok to be here onetime.
They should provide a few more staffs as when during peak times your food will be delayed.
They don't exist here. It's been closed permanently.
I visited 3 times but i don't remember her name she never gives a bill and same thing happened last time......worst staff worst service.... I will never visit any Ccd in my life....
They charged 60 rs extra for strong coffee.. is that even normal - to charge 50% extra.. and.. the coffee isn't so good.. CCD is dying and for a good reason. Go to the real coffee shops.
