A good place to spend time, plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. Interiors are nicely done and seating is comfortable.

Very unprofessional behaviour by the lady employee, her way of speaking to customers is way out of the line , wearing earphones n speaking not attentive to customers worst work ethics , she doesn't know how to process the order requests, for everything she will tell it's gonna be late so ultimately we must order whatever it is easy to prepare for her and if we ask why it's gonna be late as compared to other ccd she told ok I will give without heating and in less time however it is u must eat. Dear manager please take care of this, we had to cancel our order because of her unbearable behaviour.

Just ask for cafe frappe which is rs 257+taxes, they will bill you for Hazelnut frappe which costs 295+taxes. Got cheated twice. When asked, they say that no where cafe frappe is being billed now and they bill hazelnut frappe everywhere. I have been visiting CCD at various locations for about 15years and have never seen such behaviour from those female staff present there. They just cheat you and if you question them, they behave very rude and when asked to dialup their manager, they say they don't have any supervisor as if they are the bosses of CCD. Visit any other CCD and you will never be disappointed. This is the worst CCD i have seen in my life. Especially behaviour of female staff is unacceptable.

Worst service by Parveen cashier the most egoistic person I have met in my life she thinks coffee day belongs to her doesn't knw how to treat customer especially when their Job description means to do it never visit this coffee day when she is their i strongly believe that she feels in her our way she feels that she is born for the coffee day owner Mr V G Siddharth.

Lots of space. Not very crowded for a night coffee. But there usually only one staffer who runs around doing everything. This is good if you need loads of time :)

This was the 1st time i paid 280 rupees instead of 210-220/- for strong lemon iced tea and the reason was that i wanted strong This happened with me for the 1st time I visited around 20+ CCD's till now But this never happens Dont know what they added bcz it tastes the same as always Lady staff(She) told CCD always deducted salary for this That's why she added menu 'SOUL NATURAL MINA' so that CCD will not deduct salary but the problem is it tastes the exact same as earlier thats where i am disappointed

Nice looking CCD on a very happening place. One of the few places around open at midnight. Went there and had couple of things which had coffee ofcourse. The place looks neat and very artsy from inside, there's few seats outside in the lawn as well. Staff might be little sleepy but so were we so hard to recall. No complaints with the service, so worth visiting if you crave coffee at anytime of the day.

One of the regular CCDs in Bangalore. Nothing really special about this place. If ur in the area n looking for a place to relax, grab a cuppa, u can surely go here. Coffee is decent. Lots of seating place. Parking is Available around the place. Crowded area though
