My visit to Cafe Coffee Day for a Devil's Own Frappe turned out to be a major letdown. Despite requesting a dine-in experience, they handed me a carelessly packed take-away paper cup. The manager's excuse that they were out of proper glasses to have dine in is just as disappointing as the paper cup itself, which held significantly less quantity. The lack of attention to my order, their dismissive response, and the sheer audacity to serve less in an inferior container left me thoroughly unsatisfied. It's appalling how they managed to ruin a simple order and tarnish the entire visit. The lame excuse for them to run out of glasses is that they had too much crowd, though I see it's almost empty. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer preferences is truly disappointing. I strongly advise against expecting any kind of quality service from this establishment. My disappointment knows no bounds, and I won't be returning after this disappointing encounter. Don't prefer this cafe for a good experience. Worst management.

I recently visited Cafe Coffee Day in Panjagutta and had an incredible experience. The staff there were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The highlight of my visit was the mesmerizing coffee they served. The aroma and flavor were absolutely delightful, leaving me craving for more. The cafe had a cozy ambiance, perfect for relaxation or catching up with friends. The overall service was prompt and efficient. I would highly recommend Cafe Coffee Day in Panjagutta to all coffee enthusiasts looking for a warm and inviting atmosphere, excellent customer service, and of course, unforgettable coffee.

Awesome ambience however like most Cafe Day outlets, their swipe machines are a show piece and doesn't work, and that's the reason for the 3 star rating. Overall service was also very slow considering that there were only two employees

My bad experiences with cafe coffee day reaches new heights every visit. My purpose of visit was for working at this place. I checked in at 1:30 for 2 coffees for 2 people. At 3 the staff comes up with the menu and asks for an order. The store isn't even crowded. I did not know the 500 bill lasts only for an hour. As usual with CCD, we can expect the worst coffee. The coffee served to me was warm and I had to get it heated. On asking the manager SRI, he says our coffees are designed to be warm. Are you nuts? Do you guys seriously justify your mistake with those words. You expect your customers to drink their cafe mocha warm? And on discussing this I got to know that according to the rule book a coffee's worth is only 30 mins at CCD. CCD should really understand people never pay for your coffee. CCD is very unique at hitting new lows. Finally I'm freeing myself after this experience

I was at this place today and I must say the ambience was excellent. The service is ok buy can be better. I had their cardamom tea whihc was quite good. Loved their seat arrangements and colors.

Had been to this CCD for a quick bite but to my bad found this place in a very unhygienic condition, almost all the tables were dirty not cleaned. Copy of the bill was not given.

I wandered for sometime and finally found it in ground floor of Next Galleria Mall itself. The ccd is very kool place to hangout. I had ordered mocha and cold velvet along with crunchy Snickers which was superb. Pros : Spacious, Ambience , quality of stuff Cons: Customer attention

The food and ambience is great. Had some problems with other outlets regarding a voucher, but here, the management was also polite and understood the issue. The Belgian Chocolate Shake was amazing and Garlic Toast was also nicely roast and cheesy. Just the prices are a little high, but overall, it is good.
