Good service clean environment near the store employees are so good in serving I am happy fully satisfied
Worst service. I ordered tandoori chicken sandwich and was told to wait for 5 minutes. After waiting for about 25 minutes finally I got some different item. When I told the guy that was not tandoori chicken, that was some keema chicken, he in fact had proven me right when he said that was cut from some patty (ofcourse burger patty). People who had prepared this menu for CCD, they are either illiterate or they are fooling customers. There cannot be a third option for this mess.
Worst service ever,Jyoti didn't give me my bill even after asking twice,as she is making money,and it's not first time, happened before also, CCD MUST TAKE ACTION AGAINST HER, This type of staff spoiling CCD Core value,,,,
Nothing much to talk about CCD! Nice place to have a quick coffee if you're waiting to pickup someone from the airport or before boarding a flight!
While coffee quality at CCD had long lost its lustre its the service quality that disappointed me. the staff was rude almost with an attitude of taking me fault for asking for a coffee and making them work.
Regular coffee people should avoid this place. Staff is illiterate and doesn't know how to make a regular cappuccino. Putting CCD's name into the dirt
Frankly some staff Attitude is not good and they don't have sufficient stationary in the store waited for 30 Mins to take one cake

Good Tea outlet just outside Bangalore Airport Terminal 1 arrival gates. They have good Tea and snacks options. During my visit I opted for Honey Lemon Tea and bun omelette and both were good. Service was also quick. Prices are bit of in higher side
