A well located outlet in the mall attached to the super busy and bustling Huda City Centre Metro. Like every CCD you can be assured of a great cup of coffee and very comfortable seats. The cafe has warm lighting with a very cozy atmosphere, handy when it comes to cold wintry days. The service is friendly and the coffee extra-hot for cold days.
Ordered classic Hot fudge sundae but what I got was just white cream and vanilla.. no nuts and no cake!
Staffs don't even have the courtesy to inform nuts are not available.. They even wonder if classic hot fudge comes with nuts!
@cafe coffee day: need not focus on customer delight but atleast give the product what we pay for. For just ice cream I don't need to spend 200 rupees. Last visit to Cafe coffee day.

The staff on the outlet is not so much understanding and I personally found them rude. Over that there service is really no upto the mark. But would like to appreciate that they had there own washroom which they let the customer use. So over-all I will avoid revisiting this place.

Good food and staff but one thing you more ads or bord etc. for new people know here is CCD, so much inside and i feel a new person never visit for help of local guidance.
This one outlet is quite unlike other outlets of CCD. Three air-conditioning doesn't work so well. We spend over a thousand Rupees for three persons, still they revised to provide drinking water. Against the law but we had to buy their overprices water bottles.
Rs. 160 for a coffee and restaurants doesn't have a Washroom!? This outlet is premium CCD, I wonder when customers in India start getting basic rights ?!
On the other hand , Burger king selling a burger for RS. 45/- has a clean washroom!
And well, coffee is not so good! No froth and they sell it as Cappachino, shameful !

Overall it was breathtaking experience I must say.Owner is very humble and polite. One of the best thing about this cafe is HYGIENE. Well maintained, extremely remarkable, grilled sandwich was very delicious along with mocktails. Marvelous service.
It's a really nice cafe in the South Point Mall, not very big but really cute place to hangout and have coffee. It's a nice establishment. The options are a bit limited but it's still fine. The food is good, so does their drinks, do try their chicken

Came here multiple times. Once even for an art event which was a little on the expensive end but it was a very fun event. It was Sunday brunch and we even got 300 rs vouture included within the 2000 rs event.
Like all Third Wave places, the coffee here is really good. And that's all we had.
The overall location though isn't the best. Parking is a problem and the cafe is small with not too much seating.
