Cafe Coffee Day - Cafe in Chennai, Thiruvidanthai - Chengalpattu, India

As usual a great coffee experience at Coffee day. We were returning from Mahabalipuram and this place on the left right on the highway. Ordered the usual Caffe Frappe without ice cream and a Lemon ice tea. Taste was as expected and the environment was peaceful.

Decent food but need to maintain the place better.Cleanliness was not upto the mark.

Good place to hang out. Preperation needs to be checked as taste are slightly deviate from typical CCD taste. Location wise awesome. They must focussed on cleanliness. When we went no one there but tables we were not cleaned and used plates were kept here and there . We have asked them to clean. Rest is fine

A typical CCD outlet. Clean & well maintained. Perfect ambiance. The furniture is pretty comfortable to sit and chat for hours. Perfect for both casual and business meetups. The cafe latte was astonishingly good in this branch. Ample amount of parking space is available. The billing counter could've been well lit. The staffs were polite and welcoming. Would possibly go again.

Visited cafe coffee day , ECR konnikadu, Chennai outlet in the evening along with my spouse. Utharavel, the counter staff made fantastic cold coffee n hot chocolate (our order). His attitude n customer service will have the customers visit this outlet again n again. Srinath Mohan......

I don't want to give even one star for this outlet, because the atmosphere was too bad and no AC it was so suffocating to have our drink. And flies were flying all over our food.

Nothing was available to eat except their chicken sandwich. Reason I asked, the guy said it's a Sunday and hence supplies exhausted. That to me was bull, because it was barely any foot fall during the entire stay of 30 minutes I had with family. Poor choice for stop over. NO A/C. BAD SMELL. Oh, and the table had wireless chargers which apparently does t work. And open wires which can be scary. But no worries, nothing is connected to live.

Ambience was nice but the whole service was poor. They kept on pestering us to order something every other hour we were there doing work.
