No proper customer service. Deepak who works there asked us to leave just because we were playing and told he will never talk the order again.. He says CCD is the place we're we just sit and talk no games allowed.I called the manager but he's didn't respond properly. Over all such a bad experience.

I have ordered few items on swiggy and they accepted it after an hour I called them to ask why is it taking so long to prepare no one answered and after 15 mins they are calling and saying there are few items which are not available . And when I asked him question why didn't they tell before ,I got to know he didn't start preparing the order only while speaking to me. Deepak he just cut the call with answering anything
The worst service I have ever seen
Not worthy of coffee or any items. It just very lazy staff always watching phone they don't talk properly to customer just shaking heads while taking order.
Worst devil's own served today and no quality maintained. Whipping cream looks expired. Staff is not professional and charged 580 rs for 2 coffees and card payment machineis not working. Don't visit please...
It's like any other cafe coffee day. But, this one feels congested and doesn't have that privacy feeling. However, the taste is the sane. Staff were courteous to me and well behaved.
