Had Sizzlers in many coffee day n it's one of my most favourite but here once I tasted i doubt if it's my choice.. n more over I was being convinced that it is been prepared the same way though out all outlets. Brownie was so hard that it was not even heated to 10s , for this did i waited for 45 mins Never expected such a bad experience with coffee day
It is located on Rajaji Nagar to Majestic Road near Navrang Signal. Located on prime place, as usual the Coffee day are best place to have coffee and have informal meetings or to take rest and take calls on travel. Staff were very co-operative. Place is spacious and outdoor space is also available for seating. Place is clean and tidy. Charging port for laptop is given.
The staffs are least bothered about customer, I said them three time to clean the table but they didn't, I ordered 3 coffees but they forgot my order and there were no other customer at that time, after 30 mins when I remembered them about my order Finally they made it and didn't even serve to table. Mainly no snacks I was there for 3 hours as my meeting continued I kept asking them "do you have any snacks " they said no no no no. One swiggy guy came and said that there are no burgers in nearby ccd and these guys just took the left one burger heated up and gave and said no bill, collect from that branch. Finally please do close that ccd or try to maintain in good manner.
Overall it was a good experience but need atmosphere needs to be improved to get a good vibe and also price should be reasonable as they can get more customers
The ambience was good for a quick bite. The writer was polite and the taste of the food he served was good. The choco cake was soft and melted in the mouth and the lychee lavender frappe was also good.
