There s ample space outside for winter sittings and enough sitting space to accommodate many tables outside. Staff is cool and very much sincere. Very comfortable furniture and nicely decorated. Ample light and a perfect chill air conditioned system for the summers. This place is new and started just a few months back. It's located very conveniently on the Taylor Road and Mall Road junction just opposite to HDFC Bank on Mall Road besides Narula hotel. Ample parking both sides. It's in the corner n opening is on two sides. Neat and clean wash room. The place is divided into two halves with right and left sides. Various products are on display and there are many choices and options for its valuable customers. Over the years, Cafe Coffee Day has established as a top brand in India and this brand has a good value in India. Top of the line Menu to cater the needs of all ages right from chocolate delicacies to dairy products to mineral water to cake, sandwiches, burgers, ice creams top delicacies and lastly to mention a variety of coffees and even teas. Fantastic ambience with good music. The staff is not in hurry to disturb its valuable customers. Washroom is neat and clean and is taken care by the staff periodically. It's popular joint with locals now. Apart from eatables in the coffee shop, one can find souvenir in the form of coffee day ceramic cups and other articles. Coffee day is also supplying cookies, chips and other eatables and these are being displayed in a rack. It's a happening place in Amritsar.
Nice and reliable coffee chain, with interesting and westernised ambience. Fair prices. WiFi works only in case of holding an Indian cell phone number. Samosas delicious and truly cheap. Sweets and cakes are very tasteful (especially the coconut chocolate cake). Cards accepted.
Place got a good view and interior. I loved all things about the cafe itself but not service. Staff is inexperienced. Network problem and not updated with system is thier excuse for bad service. Coffee was okiesh.

The owner is very rude. Though the cafe was empty he asked us to pay Rs. 500 extra because we had a two hour long meeting among 4 friends and ordered only 2 coffees. Would not recommend it to anyone.
This is the worst branch of ccd in Amritsar. Neither they have change anytine nor they have any snacks and when we ask abt the snacks that lady staff doesnt answer at all lyk she doesnt wanna listen to us or lyk if she gets angry to see the customers. One of the most unfriendly staff is working there. They must try to change the staff.
