Good place to have a good coffee while waiting for your train. Nice ambiance, only one man is serving and filling the orders. They should add some to keep clean and to maintain same ambiance. There are many coming inside just not for ordering and only for air conditioning and making mess around. Please try to stop them.

It's good to have something premium at railway station but they failed to manage authenticity of CCD. It's just another cafe. I ordered grilled chicken sandwich and a latte, it was so casual. I you are coffee lover please don't go to this place otherwise you will be start hating coffee .. It's better to go outside and have something

Runs 24x7 which makes waiting for trains far more convenient. The staff have developed lazy attitude which is unseen in any other cc'd. The digital payment modes don't work here and I don't think they have done anything to correct it. I had regular capachino and it tasted fine though I would have preferred little more hot !

Its a decent place for people who want to have coffee before boarding train. The place is neat but they give plastic cups and straws. I mean, I felt a bit insensitive even when I asked for a glass and they refused. I understand its a policy and stuff but yes some things needs to be changed. No tissue but no issues cause washroom is available and well maintained The major problem is , there is only one guy working and looking after everything Well he is doing his best ,but there are as many as 43000 passengers per day for kacheguda as an average. So my humble request to cafe coffee day is hire some more staff to work here so its pretty good. And by the by thanks for great drink and good food definitely not as costly as there rivals but its mordeste in costing and good taste. Overall its a well balanced service. Better with some more quicker staff .
