I honestly feel this place deserves an overall rating of 4.5 stars atleast. Located in one of the mall's atriums, Cafe Coffee Day (CCD) is the perfect spot for a coffee break. Positives: - The mall does not have much in terms of seating in it's public areas. CCD is located quite in the open and offers genuine respite. (Or in my case, a place to lounge around with a book while your wife goes to the salon nearby!). - Lots of natural light and ventilation. - The place is consistent with its coffee offerings which is served hot and the barista is very willing to customise your milk or coffee strength ratios free of charge. - Staff is polite and efficient although they can smile more. Anandhi is an exception here. She is the morning shift barista and has an infectious smile and laugh which is a great positive for the team. - The place is kept surprisingly VERY VERY CLEAN inspite of its turnover. A special shout out to their house keeper Ms Dhanakshmi who works quite hard to ensure. Negatives: - Please be specific when you order both in terms of type of beverage and size. I have sometimes had my bill punched incorrectly and charged a bit more however the staff immediately refunded the overcharge. - The place has a few flies but I don't blame it on CCD. It's in an atrium and located next to a hypermarket which has loads of fresh produce. Overall, it's always a nice experience when you are here. You can spend hours just sitting here and reading or take a break after shopping. Highly recommended.
Ordered Hazelnut Frappe and to my surprise, the price they charge is quite high for the servings they offer. MRP 310. It wasn't even filled up to the brim at all. Is this supposedly to be that way? If they are going to charge like Starbucks then better serve the same or much better quality than the competitors.

There is a wide range of food and beverage on the menu other than coffee, the chairs are comfortable and I had a relaxing time with my daughter. We are very grateful to Mr.Sri Mukundan for taking care of us.
If you are inside Phoenix Mall, you can try this after a long day of shopping. You can rest yourself when the order is getting ready. Food and coffee items are the same as the other CCD. Nothing Special. The person who is in-charge of billing was super polite and even explained the order. Customer service was good as expected.
Food is barely acceptable - nuts on the brownie were a bit stale, and the top layer on the cheesecake had a clear discoloration from being in the fridge beyond a day. They didn't have change for me as I was the first customer for the day, and I gladly obliged by picking up extra cookies that I had no plans to get initially. Greatest shocker was being asked to pay inr205 for an extra paper cup. The very courteous staff then called his manager and had it waived.
Worst staff behaviour have ever seen anywhere with no humanity. I was trying to feed my one year kid in thier place and they wanted to me gett out of the cafe inbetween the feeding, eventhough my baby was longing for the feed, have never ever seen such a worst behaviour anywhere. Since the staffs were busy in delivering the orders, i thought of feeding my kid and then make an order, so even i didn occupy a whole table i just shared one seat from a family and started feeding the child, ths staff came nearby and asked me to get out if i havent placed the order, i felt very down on the staff behaviour and left the place immediately with no comments, not sure what human they are, really very disappointing. Please understand the situation of the baby atleast and coopertae with the moms
Mukundan did an amazing job suggesting me a great drink and with the perfect icing and sugar according to my preferences he done it nicely. Overall happy with his service and the ambience was top notch

Wow.. the platter just enough for three of us, those tiny cute little snack looks so pretty n loved by kids as dey enjoy eating it.. N can't control to speak about their cheese garlic breads it's so yummy and mouth watering..
Amazing designer who customise and tailors the pieces so well ! The work she does is completely handmade and the outcome is really perfect. The blouses fit me beautifully and there was no alterations required.
