Didn't want to give even a single star, but had to give to make you all aware of the miserable experience I have had here. Ordered two signature cold coffees and all I got is few sips of coffee and rest all ice. Battled to stir and ultimately failed. Be wise when you have cold coffee from CCD
The coffee I had was fresh brewed and the sandwich was prepared in my presence which is appreciated significantly whenever you travel. Digestive issues are one of the most common troubles faced by travellers and a good barista will keep that in mind. Very nice!
This cafe coffee day outlet is located in Parsvanath Mall inside Akshardham Metro station. I have ordered delivery from here and have went in person also. This is your average cafe coffee day franchise, and they serve the standardised CCD menu you can find elsewhere. The staff are annoying and need to be better trained. Food and coffee are average.

One of the worst CCD outlets. Even on dine in they serve coffee in disposable glasses. When asked to serve in a coffee cup or glass, they said that they don't have water supply to wash cups and glasses. Ordered a cafe mocha here and was totally disappointed after I saw my disposable glass filled with ice cubes. It was 60% ice cubes and 40% coffee and for that 40% of coffee (which is mostly water) you spend Rs.260/- Not at all worth it.
Honestly such a bad experience, no customer satisfaction is taken in consideration. When asked to give coffee in a glass mug, the staff replied that that's water scarcity so can't provide that, coffee was literally just ice, no milk no taste at all . When asked to customise, staff said it cannot be done. Literally disappoited.
A cozy place just at the metro station. Their strawberry cheesecake is so delicious, their Devil's Own frappe was simply awesome. Good service and friendly staff.
Quiet and nice place while waiting for the open time of the Akshardham. Strong capuchino with Ethiopia beans, chicken toastizza is fine. Recommended.

As all Chaayos outlets, this is another 5* place. The site is situated right in the middle of jwala heri market in a mall. Good ambience. Ample seats for 30-40 people. Good service and as always great tea.
