I came here to spend a good time with friends and we had a good time here. There is a smoking area if you are a smoker and the restaurant has a good range of hot and cold beverages. I ordered Asam tea but it was out of stock then they suggested herbal tea but I don't like herbal tea so I went for Darjeeling tea. They served 380ml of Darjeeling in a Tea Pot along with one tea cup. At least two cups should be served for 380ml tea. The air conditioner was off when I visited the cafe. I told Pooja to switch on the AC. My overall experience was average. Note: you go to the side station for food and beverage orders. The waiter will not come to you for an order.

The place is alright, service is quick which i really liked, the seating arrangement and everything is pretty nice. Restroom was quite clean. However the internet connection is a bit sloppy, and the power Bank service isn't working. Regardless the caramel frappe was awesome. Definately recommend. Overall it's a good place, sometimes the cold brewing is down so you might not get caramel frappe and stuff but that's only happened once and I've visited thrice.
I had a delightful experience at Cafe Coffee Day in Deonar, and I must give special recognition to their manager, Mazhar Hashmi.
