Yesterday's experience was terrible. The lady staff who were available and serviced were not good service nor quality of the food Coffee was okay But cheese carmel was terrible hard.. not fresh Also, the other dish also was too hard..not even aware of dressing on dessert nor sandwich nor burger Been to many CCD IN INDIA THIS PLACE WAS ONE SUCH WORST EXPERIENCE NOT SUGGESTABLE FOR GREAT QUALITY OF FOOD
*Cafe Coffee Day* Lemme remind to the viewers, the CCD is not what's it's used to be, a lot of things have changed. These guys would definitely need a quality check on literally everything! The indian masala/flavoured versions that CCD carried was long gone and the local chai wala is far better than these guys. Cold and frozen foods, coffee tastes lack of everything. .
Very bad maintenance by cafe coffee day. Remember you are charging 300 rupees for a coffee, atleast have the AC facility. Come on. The cafe coffee store is very open, waste of my money Cafe coffee day is very overrated. Go for Star bucks... By the way I ordered Iced mocha it is disaster.

There was a small cockroach dead in the milk foam of my cappuccino. Very poor hygiene in the store I saw a few cockroaches hanging around as well. The owner committed to do pest control in 10 days. But seems nothing was done. Avoid this store at all possiblities.
Coffee was good. We ordered Sundae and it didn't even had full scoop of ice cream. This one has good seating options, however staff is not familiar with the stuff and is not able to address some queries.
