This outlet has a nice open seating area in the mall But the service is terrible as of Dec 2020 They are taking unusually high time in fulfilling an order which still they are not serving at once completely Then a fully paid for sandwich, is missing most of the stock items, which they inform later.. I was sitting at hongs kitchen and my son loves devilzone drink from cafe coffee day so he went alone to buy i could see him buying this lady at counter of cafe coffee day was super rude my son ,my son took my phone to do the Paytm so by mistake he paid twice payment this lady at counter never told him that payment gone twice so i checked my phone and went back asking them for double payment she was getting rude saying it's not our fault your son's fault this is how ur staff treats customer teach to her to be polite and understands their mistake highly disappointed with this lady at counter vasant square Mall cafe coffee day how could she spoil cafe coffee days name like this
It is one of the outlets of a popular coffee chain Cafe coffee Day. It is located inside Vasant Square mall. Ambiance is almost similar to other outlets of CCD. Staff is well behaved and prompt in service. However, their coffee doesn't taste beyond average. They have different varieties of coffees and snacks such as samosa, cookies, chips etc. Moreover, the staff maintains cleanliness everywhere. They accept payment as cash as well as cards.
Liars! The guy there told me that he will order the cake in a hour but after an hour he eeplied that "i thought u went to the other bakery" so i didnt order it. Damn cheap service. Never expected this from cafe coffee day. This branch is a big negative spot on your chain cafe coffee day. Better save your day by not visiting this outlet.
This outlet in Vasant Square Mall is best avoided. The infrastructure is dilapidated, and the team is clueless. One order took 15 minutes to process. At least two other customers had arguments with the staff over getting their order wrong. Two stars from my side, only because the coffee itself was decent.
Ac of Mall not working. Very bad experience as it is very hot. CCD has no arrangement of own either an AC or even a fan
Very good place for enjoyment. One can have lot of options here. Location is also perfect. Best place to get refreshed after a hectic and tired shopping. A place of refreshment for whole of a family.
