Best place to chat and munch on fav foodies, hazelnut latte is of another world.! The taste of pastries cookies and fries are a treat to hunger.. Quiet place with decent ambience for idle tp.. Service ok neat &clean.

Nice ambience. Ordered for a Hazelnut cappachino. Great taste. Also the banana chips were out of the world. Wowwwww.

Worst service. Have been to many CCD in Chennai this is worst service experience ever. When placing the order the card machine was not working. We have ordered cold coffee and cold chocolate. After blending the coffee they are claiming like the whipping gun is not working and they convinced us to have the coffee with Ice cream which was the worst. After receiving the cold chocolate it was not blend properly we have to go and ask them to blend it again. Cold chocolate with vanilla Ice cream the worst combo we have to adjust because of their carelessness. When paying the bill they did not print the receipt saying that the machine got stuck and he refused to take or re print the bill after arguing for bill he agreed to write a hand written bill

The place has good ambience and provision for car parking. The irish Cappuccino they serve is amazing Most of the staffs are too rude They don't maintain the timing. They open very later like 11am. They ask you to leave the place saying there's maintenance or cleaning Better you can visit the Starbucks near to it at Urban Square which is open 24 hours and friendly too

Had a amazing experience in CCD today. They are always top notch with their quality and service. Must visit not just once but again and again worth spending.

Went here twice and un luckily both the times most of the items we wanted were out of stock. Not sure if it's usual there and it was just for those days. Pretty much disappointed with that and thus felt like not visiting the place again. Otherwise the ambience is good, parking is available and it's on the main road, easy to locate

Worst experience This is my first time, I have selected the items and after listening the bill I told him to cancel my order, but he told me that they can't cancel orders. It's not possible to cancel orders. We need to pay the money and then we paid after paying we got our order after 30 min's of waiting there were no customers even though they made too late After receiving the order we thought it would be tasty. We were utterly disappointed by Cafe Cofee Day This was our first experience with CCD Hope they will not repeat this with other's

The prices are pretty high for something i could easily make at home. A large coffee and a disappointment of a chicken sandwich cost me 500+ . This wasn't even the worst part, the service is plainly rude. Imagine paying 267 for half a sandwich and it not being cut as it must be . The burger we ordered wasn't heated to a warm temperature and it seemed like asking the worker why, was a mistake. Horrible. The one star is because the coffee tasted good.
