It did have some similarities with another south Indian place in Bangalore but was still different in some aspects. It was quiet and had a good seating area. The food was no doubt tasty and the place was hygienic. Loved the ghee garlic masala dosa. It had a nice knack to it. Went for breakfast, came back full, recommended 10/10
The place qualifies for a one time visit. Provides a food alternative to those visiting the hospital nearby. 1. Combo rice (2) - we chose pulav and puliogare. While pulav was alright, the puliogare was rather sweet for my liking 2. Bisibelebath tasted on point, when consumed with the boondi and raita that come as accompaniments 3. Ghee podi plain dosa is a strict avoid. The dosa was of un-uniform thickness. Far better dosas are available elsewhere 4. Jaggery coffee met my expectations. Overall, I'll mark this place as a one-time visit.
Excellent place in the vicinity of Lalbagh for a filling breakfast or brunch. I'll choose this any day over MTR. The food, especially the Shavige, Paddu and a dozen varieties of dosas are a must-try. Only a couple of gripes - seating space is pretty limited so it's a bit hard for families. The restroom is of average cleanliness.
After hearing about this place from multiple people, decided to give it a try. Decent place for South Indian food - I think more specifically Tamil style. They have a wide variety of items and taste is reasonably good. Almost every item is served with 3 types of chutney. Most items have "ghee" in their names. Avoid if you don't like lot of ghee. I liked the ghee podi idly. We tried Ghee Dosa , Ghee Akko Rotti and of course the Akkaravadisal. The taste is authentic. Chutney , Sambar and the Sagu along with akki rotti were all good. Service is quite fast , we did not have to wait long. The food comes with a dash of ghee, This place is the other version of Rameshwaram Cafe. Pongal was very good, Akki Rotti was nicely roasted , Masala Ghee Samiya was overloaded with masala & tasted like Maggi . BisibeleBath is actually Tamil Nadu style Sambar Rice. Capsicum Garlic rice tasted good. Prices are on the higher side for a Self service & portion sizes are small.
cafe amudham is one of the place which is close to my heart as well as taste buds! this place serves authentic foods of all south indian states! i love ghee pudi masala dosa and ghee pudi thatte idly! kumbakonam kadapa is still my first crush! the place suits both families and friends! ambience is great and bigger menu as well! staff was friendly! the prices might seem lil high, but trust me it worth the price!
If you are looking for perfect Breakfast with the blend of flavours of Karnataka and Tamilnadu style. From Ven Pongal to Ghee Masala dosa, flavours was on point. Highly recommending their Sakkarai Pongal or sweet Pongal with the hint of ghee it was really divine. They also assorted varieties of Dosa with different combinations. Special mention for their Ghee Podi idly. Seat space is limited and it's self service. If you are visiting on weekends please be prepared for the long waiting line for dosas.
Quick, roadside, joint, vibrant colour, decent atmosphere. Coffee just okay. Had ragi Dosa is also okay but not crispy. Masala Dosa crispy yummy. ghee podi idli is yummy with multiple gatti chutneys. One of the best soft Upma / Kara Bath / Uppittu
The Cafe - as the name is the upgraded version of Darshini, The Decor is modern, The food comes with a dash of ghee, This place is the other version of Rameshwaram Cafe. Pongal was very good, Akki Rotti was nicely roasted , Masala Ghee Semiya was overloaded with masala & tasted like Maggi . BisibeleBath is actually Tamil Nadu style Sambar Rice. Capsicum Garlic rice tasted good. Prices are on higher side for a Self service & portion sizes are small. Yeh definitely enough tables & chairs compared to Remeshwaram Cafe.
Visited twice and food was amazing both the times. Friendly service. Reasonable pricing too. Looking forward to be a regular. They have home delivery service also. Rating 5/5
One of the older restaurants in south Bangalore. This is the original Brahmin's coffee Bar. Subsequently many places with same name have started in Bangalore though they are not related. Unlike most other places this restaurant has its own timing - 7
Best taste and service. It's one of my favourite places. Whenever we go to Yelahanka, this is the place we prefer to eat. I hope the employee name is Naveen, he suggests the best choice, listens carefully to the orders and serves as we desire. I reco

Amazing tasty food, clean place, affordable pocket friendly. There is a love counter below for Amazing Jalebi and Jamoon. Superb experience to have a nice Dosa, Idli, Vada or Kara bath.
Visited here on a Saturday morning. Was quite crowded. Famous spot for breakfast with limited yet tasty menu. We had their Ghee Masala Dosa and Idli Vada with chutney. The Masala Dosa was very crisp with good filling of potato bhajji. Idli Vada was a
