Food was really good and the coffee was above average. Tasted freshly brewed tho. The staff was a bit aloof but it's self service so that's understandable. The ambience and location is lovely, especially near the balcony because it faces the west, so you can watch the sunset. There's a cozy book corner too =) (don't eat the pistachio cookies tho).

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this cafe, and I can't stop raving about it. The ambiance is a perfect blend of cozy and stylish, making it an ideal spot for any occasion. Whether you're looking for a relaxing place to enjoy a frappe or a memorable pizza experience, this cafe has it all. The impeccable food and delightful atmosphere make it a must-visit for anyone seeking a delicious and comfortable cafe experience.

Cafe AMADO has a nice ambience, and a location that's unbeatable (debatable, but let's not go there, as this is a review, not a place to fight). But is the ambience just enough to guarantee a good time? Read ahead to find out. I visited this place with a friend of mine. We had lunch in our minds, so, AMADO was the place of choice. +1 for the location, it's located in the heart of Arera Colony. The ambiance is quite comforting and Boho. They did go all out in decorating the place to give it a free-spirited look. :) Being Italian food enthusiasts, we got ourselves a plate full of Penne in Alfredo sauce, plus the Three Pepper Chipotle Cottage Cheese Pizza, with an additional request to 'spice up' the pizza sauce a bit, which the folks didn't comply with eventually. To accompany the food, we got 2 drinks, pictured. One Hazelnut Frappe, and an Iced Tea of some sort, I don't really remember the name of it. Coming to the taste, of the food, the pizza sauce was underseasoned and the base turned soggy by the time it reached our table. The toppings were not seasoned, and we were surprisingly greeted by raw veggies to make things better or worse, you decide. The pasta sauce (Alfredo) was a bummer. We instructed to make sure that there's no dryness to the pasta and the pasta to be cooked to perfection, but the pasta was on the dryer side. The Frappe was bittersweet, the way it should be (?), and the iced tea was "okay" as per my compadre. Overall, I'd give this place a generous 3/5 s. Thank you for reading, if you've made it this far. This is the best and most premium cafe I have seen in Bhopal. Coming from Gurgaon there are many premium cafes but not in Bhopal. The atmosphere here has such positive vibes that you immediately feel at ease. After 5 minutes we got our table as the Saturday rush ensured that all the tables were occupied. For the beverages we ordered, Salted Caramel Frappe (Rs260), Guava Chilli (Rs139) and Lemon Ice Tea (Rs120). All were very good. We went for a 12 inch Pesto Bocconcini Pizza (Rs425) which was fresh and awesome. Veg Broccoli and Sun-dried Tomato Risotto (Rs349) was a nice surprise and has a unique flavour. The last dish we got was the Vegetable Lasagna (Rs425) which was flavorful. We also got a chocolate donut (Rs159) which was very tasty. We loved the food and the place. Surely, this is a cafe you would definitely want to visit.

So me and my wife after searching and eating in enormous cafe around Bhopal came across this one. One of the beat cafes of Bhopal i must say. Perfect blend of flavours and spices with perfect ingredients which we where looking for. We both love sweet but not extreme sweetness, we both love spicy food (my wife a bit more more extra spicy) but again not the extreme one, we both love soups, but not so much thick and with gravy, and this is what this cafe has provided us. Thank you owner for coming up something like this in Bhopal. The cafe is jam packed on the weekends with young crowd, so better book your table pre hand before coming to this place. This place even offers good breakfast options, so gym lovers or people fond of it can try.

We had hot chocolate and a margarita pizza. Both of them were a perfect delight. We also had a smashed avocado in multi grain bread whose flavour was decent. We had a chocolate eclair and caramel pastry. The desserts were absolutely delicious. The overall environment was really friendly and bright. The music collection was good and the people were really hospitable. The pricing I feel is too high considering the dishes and the ingredients required.

Surprised to find a cafe such as this in Bhopal. Sign that the city is shedding its age-old image as a laid back town ideal for retired bureaucrats & former BHEL employees.

Usually when new cafes with chic decor open in Bhopal, the food is lacklustre. But this place is an exception to the norm. Cafe Amado has delicious food, good coffee, quick service and very reasonable prices. The decor is minimalistic, with a soothing colour scheme. My friend and I ordered chicken Alfredo pasta, pesto chicken pizza, honey chilly lotus stem and San Sebastian cheesecake. All the food tasted great, with the pasta being a standout amongst the array of dishes we ordered. A must visit spot for sure!
