Five star for receptionist's behaviour and place. Minus three star for staff behaviour. Stylist named Urmi was very argumentative and unfriendly. Not expected. But Satisfied with results. Thank you. Update : After this experience they have called and apologised and promised me to give better service next time. Courteous behaviour from management. I hope to see such politeness from their staff as well. Thank you.

Great, helpful receptionists. Good variety of massage services as well. I tried the couples massage for 4,000 rupees with my partner. We could each request a different massage. I chose the Shiatsu Japanese Acupressure massage (dry) and he chose the French Aromatherapy massage (with Lavender oil.) The therapists were skilled and professional; however, I believe we both received the same oil massage but not with lavender oil. We were given tea, water and a shower afterwards.

I had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in the door, was greeted with friendly smile and a warm welcome. Their therapist are really professional. I would like to appreciate the we'll skilled therapist who really make me feel comfortable and my stress has gone. looking forward to my next visit

My very experience of Aroma therapy massage was amazing. The therapist was good, she asked me about my preference and didn't hurry through the process. The overall ambience is good, clean and peaceful. Love the experience and would most certainly visit again.

very worst experience with the beautician..I just went for threading nd the lady who did the job was totally seems inexperienced. My eyebrows wch she has done now are totally opposit to each other in shape. thick nd thin..up nd down and whatever u say. She constantly asked me to hold tightly my hands were started paining but she still couldn't complete her job well.. spa services must b good but this is the worst experience ever..

Overall a wonderful experience right from a warm welcome at the reception to the services availed. Haircut is amazing! All services are done in a professional manner and customers leave happy! Truly recommended for your pamper session.
