Nice place to have good burgers . One of the best burger sopt in kottakkal . Nice ambience. Good to spend time with your friends and family .

Yummy food , superb ambience. Service could have been a bit more better.we ordered a burger combo and a grilled chicken combo. But we got a fried chicken combo instead of grilled. So we had to wait for another 20 minutes and made the kids impatient . Except for that, everything was good. I think Cadillo is one of the best spots in Kottakkal to have quality burgers. But, We have to give our order in the counter first and food will be delivered to our table when ready.The seating and interior is good. There is some toys for kids to play . I hope they will improve in service too. For good food i absolutely recommend Cadillo foods.

They took a bit longer than expected, around 45 minutes, to serve me. I noticed that the staff appeared a bit distant and not as welcoming as I would have liked. It would be great if they could avoid asking for customers' phone numbers. Additionally, I had also placed a parcel order alongside my dine-in order, but unfortunately, they forgot to remind me about it when I left the restaurant. It would be highly appreciated if you could work on improving your overall service.

Decent fried chicken at fairy price levels. Interior is awesome.. good Parking facilities also. But reception side is not upto standard . Actually they r providing much details about dishes and flavour.we have to select and tell. Thats substandard. We had fried chicken ,later they told its ordinary, for spicy chicken we have to mention before billing. Anyway good spot for frnds and family. Forgot to mention about little extra oil inside chicken. They could have make it better .

Cadillo Kottakkal situated near Veemart Hyper market in Mini road Junction, around 500 meter from Chenguvetty Junction. Parking facility is available in front and in the ground floor. There weren't any rush at all. Tables were neatly maintained. Didn't take much time to get food. I had ordered fried chicken. It was also nice. First floor was more attractive in ambience, as we get outside view also. Staff's behaviour was also up to the mark. It would be a good choice for family dine in.

If you are hungry and really want food to eat, go for any option but not Cadillo. They don't even know what their duty is. I ordered food from Cadillo and waited for nearly 2 hours only to hear from them that the food I ordered is not available.. No idea why they took the order at first and kept me waiting only to tell me that food is not available..worst experience.
