This place is very pretty and is great if you're in the city and just want to relax for a bit before getting on with your work (connectivity is pretty decent in case you decide to work on the spot whilst taking in a beautiful scenery) or whatever else you have planned. It gives a tranquil and scenic view of Miramar beach and Caranzalem. Perfect spot for a quick lunch/tea sit-down or getting some great shots or even just chilling in your car with friends. There are benches around to sit in case you wanna step out or you have travelled via 2-wheeler. There are bins kept around so that you can throw whatever waste you have so it does make for a nice picnic spot. Gets a tad crowded as the day passes, especially during season time. You can easily catch a nice sunset; couple that with some soft tunes and you have yourself a perfect evening downtime.

This is at the Parking Deck just outside the gate of Goa's Raj Bhavan. The place offers a scenic view of the blue waters of the Arabian sea and the long sand beach next to it.

Amazing view you can stay for as long as you want to there is no ticket system just walk or drive to this place.

A semi circular area created outside the governor's house for an aerial view of the beautiful beach. Lined with cobble stones, place is safe for walking. Dustbins are available for your trash but get your drinking water. There is no restaurant or kiosk nearby to buy snacks, so get your picnic basket along. Worth spending an hour here. Don't forget to get your binoculars if available.
