I have to write this one for some points and i don't want to give you any star rating Because of your staff behaviour, you should try to train your staff first, how to talk with customer with respect,and also you should try to allow out side foods , Why don't you allow outside foods if we enjoyed with ur foods !!! Answer this question of it's possible. well i won't share with anyone.
