Great place to Workout in Pardi, Valsad. They have good equipments. Good trainer and very friendly atmosphere. The gym also has Steam bath option also. I have been member of it since 8 months and I have achieved good results. Definitely worth a try.
I am resident of pardi currently living in Daman for work,pupils but honestly I really miss this gym..SEA STONE gym is one of those kind and experience trainers and staff...I hope soon I can join it again....
