Slow emergency response time... While I appreciate the excellent service provided by the doctors and medical staff at the hospital, I recently experienced some difficulty during an emergency situation. Upon arrival at the hospital, my family and I had to wait for a long time before receiving assistance from the staff at the reception. Even after the cleaning staff were informed, we still had to wait for a considerable amount of time without any response. I understand that hospitals can be busy places, especially during emergencies, but I would like to kindly suggest that having a dedicated staff member available to respond to emergency situations could greatly improve patient care. It would be greatly appreciated if at least one responsive staff member could be designated to assist patients during such situations. Kindly take action to this matter.
Dr.Jeeja Mam is really caring when it comes to consultation, parking facility needs to be taken care of.
Last minute Dr.Jeeja will say a unwanted reason and force us for c-section.For me she said lies and forced me for c-section.Don't go to this hospital for any reason. Displaying GOD'S words and doing sins as a hobby.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Jeeja and her team for my labor and delivery. Doctor kept me informed throughout the birthing process. Nursing team was very supportive during labor. From hot water bag to supporting me with pillows... the nursing team did it all. This hospital is also blessed with a very good paediatrician Dr. Gibeah who patiently clears all my doubts during my child's health check-ups.
Today my mom went to this hospital to constant gynecologist, they didn't gave proper response in reception to take op, while we asking to take op, she (receptionist) just sitting like statue. Then my mom went to another hospital Very bad experience with that hospital
Good hospital. Very good for pregnancy. Dr. Abitha is very caring and talented. But more mosquitoes available. It bites me in all the places. Hospital has to take necessary care to keep the place without mosquitoes.
There is no scan facilities in CSI Mission. Doctor are suggesting to take scan from vasanth (very very very poor service giving to patients) .When CSI mission is going to give scan facilities to there patient's?
