Worst Experience! They fine extra charges other than room charges without any valid reason!! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money... The staff over here is not cooperative they don't know how to talk to customers.Staff is unprofessional. It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worst than a 3rd graded lodge... Worst Staff Worst Rooms And Worst experience. They don't even deserve 1 star! 1 Manager over here don't know how to talk to their guests she so rude she doesn't even talk to her staff politely what else can be expected from her.. 2 salty water u can't even have a mouthwash 3 no tissue paper in rooms

Overall experience was good. There were some genuine reviews about quality of water. The water is very salty, but you cannot supress all other facilities below this one problem. The hotel is located in an industrial area where groundwater remains bleak and the water is supplied through circular economy. So, if you are looking for a short stay for non-tourism purpose, you can book the hotel without doubt.

There was no option to give negative star otherwise i would have opted for it. The worst ever experience i had in any hotel was here. The bathroom was filthy, the drainage wasn't working, there was no electric kettle(despite calling them many times they did not bring one), the rooms were dirty, the person who served food in the room was infected with eye flu, i can't express what all i have faced after taking room in this utterly pathetic hotel. I went there because i had my exam center near by but they spoiled my stay. I would never recommend to stay here, at any cost.

very bad hotel dirty rooms plus staff is also no corprative and according to price they not providing facilities dont choose this hotel for staying .... and they charge new new charges form costumer without reason so dont stay in this hotel

like to say that it was grand and the staff made sure it is as comfortable as possible. They were very cooperative in terms of menu selection,availability,arrangements and were on their toes throughout the functions. Thanks

Awesome stay. Neat and clean rooms and washroom. Also room size is big. Food is delicious. Highly recommend.

All the rooms are on the second floor. They were clean and well maintained and the room size was also good. Rooms had no balcony view. Few rooms doesn't have a view at all (window opens to a wall) Lifts were really smelly and water in the taps was very salty/chlorinated. Had to use drinking water to brush my teeth. Overall value for money for a quick non luxury trip.

We booked c Pearl for wedding function for 3 days for 20+ rooms on every day. It was a fantastic experience. We booked it because we did not have other options(hotel+banquet). Seriously I have not thought that it would go well but it was very good in the end. Good things first: The manager (one lady )and one more manager (male) both were really hard working and always available for us. Whatever we asked they provided us, espaiclly the Madam she was very cooperative and she considered that function as her own function. So everything went well. Things that can be improved: Understaff.. I felt the hotel and banquets do not have adequate staff but i feel once it starts growing they may hire more staff. Hard Water : Water is an issue here but i feel that is the issue with whole area, I think c pearl can do some more to resolve water issue. For me everything went smoothly, so i am compelled to ignore last two negative points and give *****
