C Pearl Guest House - Guest house in Majorda - South Goa, India

Excellent location and very clean rooms. Enjoyed our stay very much. Shall visit again.

Rooms are spacius and well maintained. The owner lives nearby and was very cooperative. The only problem i faced was its accesibility. If you dont have a rented bike or car, coming and going here will be difficult.

One of the cleanest rooms in India! The staff was nice. Great stay, I would stay here again!

The host is very warm and welcoming, whatever we requested, he accepted and fulfilled it sweetly, Best part is that it's just a few meters from majorda beach, just 10 mins walk. Many restaurants and bars nearby. I would visit here again

For a long stay it's the best property with security and clean rooms. Walkable distance from the Majorda beach around 300mt. Peaceful and quiet relaxing surroundings.

+ clean + nice and helpful owners = location is country side, quiet and close to empty beach. Nice location for chill out or explore country by scooter, wrong area for partying / nightlife + power comes and goes in this area, but light, fan and some sockets do always have power + stable WiFi / Internet access + they clean the room every other day + Change of towels (upon request) + if you want they help you get a cheap scooter which the company brings direct to the guest house (no problem for me to drive country side, challenge is only in cities) + Can park scooter direct on property + they make a nice breakfast + the rooms are always cool, even when air-conditioning is off + air-conditioning very silent in sleep mode + fridge is always refilled with water and soft drinks = Can hear (and see) fireworks in the night - sometimes you hear dogs / children from the street - only expensive (350rp/pax) restaurants within 3 min walking distance around (no problem when you have bicycle /scooter)

Went for vacation, and wanted and budget stay without compromising on space and hygiene this is the place you would like to stay at if you want a spacious and hygienic room

Close to a quiet, clean, desolate beach front. The room comes with a large balcony - no view, though. Lots of furniture, including a metal wardrobe and a full length mirror, which is handy for a long stay. The sharing library is two bookshelves worth. The owners/managers were a good source of knowledge about local transport links. The water bottles in the fridge were not included in the room rate. There are several grocery stores nearby.
