The bus station is not clean at all, and don't expect english boards anywhere. Everything is in Tamil That's okay but It would have been nice if there were English boards along with Tamil.

Very excellent bus terminal. It looks like an airport small terminal. It's well organized and well managed. Very busy with the city commuters. Prices of food are much higher than the market price. It needs to be controlled other wise people with the low income remain hungry during the travel. People at the terminal mostly use local language. Some English can be used for the people of other places. Locations of different bus routes can be mentioned in English. However it's excellent

Bus Terminus really appreciate it. Because day time very Busiest place due buses. Night time very very Busiest due many people's sleeping place. Really good initiative by Tamilnadu Govt. Neat and Clean place. But Lot People don't care about neat and Clean in bus stand

As known, the greatest bus terminal in asia. Great facilities. Management is very much appreciable. Diverse connectivity to neighborhood areas and for some other States and UTs too. Safety and security is managed very well. Quick bite stalls, books and magzine stalls, tea stalls etc. also available. Personnel are very good at their work. Huge premises. Cleanliness is appreciable. Public convenience is great.

One of the biggest bus stand i have ever seen. The free use toilets are also every where and lot in number but no where there is western style and so reduces 1 star

One of the largest bus terminal in India. Well connected, metro is at a walking distance. Plenty of buses to all parts of Chennai are available all the time. Lots of eateries and gift shops are available here. The free to use washrooms are dirty and not at all well maintained. Given the size and footfall, they could arrange a better solution for this and employ more staff. Nevertheless things are improving every day.

Puratchi Thalaivar Dr. MGR Bus Stand also called Koyambedu bus stand terminus for both out station & local bus, best two wheelers and 4 wheelers packing facility are available there. Even metro also available it's called CMBT.

As usual neatness to be improved. Platforms with proper destination town identification to be improved. Free Toilet facility available in bus stand inside. Free Drinking water facility available in one place near city buses drop point.
