Firstly the products are not good. Upon returning they charge huge amount for pickup fee for every product saying that is not Club factory error. Selling such products on the app is definately your error CF.
dont buy anything in club factory. i ordered sofa cover set which contains three packs . we tried one and didnt like that then we returned . now club factory stating that it failed quality check and not returning money. then i asked to return defected product. they are telling both are not possible. literally they are cheating customers. worst experience
this thing doesnt even deserve one star also. its a fraud company or app.i paid 2000 rupees for my items and they didnt come. so when i checked orders the page is blank.no matter how many times i try its showing nothing.my computer is working slow because of this app.i tried calling costumer care number but they are saying they will send some like whin i open it i can get my money refunded. please dont open that link, it hacks your bank account and takes money from it . this think should be banned and its a china app.
Club factory is a fake e commercial site .they are sending dirty and old goods in the name of brand items and sending un branded products.even You can touch the product it as much dirty. Do not purchase any commodities from this web.
Pls dont ever order anything from club factory, as i faced so many problems and lost 2500 rupees. So pls now only uninstall the app for saving your money.
