My dad was admitted to this hospital and I must say the diagnosis of his disease and the treatment process was prompt. The overall facilities were also decent and the staff was very polite and kind. I would recommend you to refer the doctors here because I think the doctors here are absolutely proficient in their work

People at the OPD registration they don't give correct information when the doctor is available. Patients need to wait for hours and hours still they don't provide the correct information. Hospital is excellent but the management needs to be improved a lot. We are wasting a Lot time. Hope action will be taken.

Got root canal treatment for my uncle kumar by Dr.Prashanth. Impressed with the explaination he has given before starting of the treatment..and the treatment is painless. After the treatment the pain completely gone and swelling is gradually reduced. Thank you CC Shroff for the best treatment in good price

Admitted for brain infection for 14 days, treatment was very good , Dr. Bishnu Pada Das, Neurologist has taken care very well , exceptional services by nursing staff , admin and house keeping . This hospital is Giving an High superior treatment and Doctors are very seniors, my mother gone under surgery with Mr Dr. Shyam sunder sir senior most Dynamic doctor, ICU service is superb and higuine. Staff P R Ramy supported all the times Thanks to CCshroff Hospital Management

No accurate information on call and they don't even care for patients health condition. As it is our purpose we should need to visit hospital with the patient whether doctor is available or not, we will get to know after reaching hospital. Just now we had this situation, me and my mother. We asked for Shashiwardhan Rao timings yesterday and today after reaching hospital they are asking us to visit on other time. Again we called them but no proper respons on call. She just cut the call on my face. What the hell. Is this the they to deal with patient and attenders..worst service. They should be trained to be polite and humble with patients and attenders on call. They also need be trained how to provide complete information.

We admitted our father to the hospital in the third week of July as he had a fall and fractured his wrist. He also needed stitches to his eye brow. - The doctor we interacted with is good. - Nurses are ok, but demand tips at each instance. They insist on tips of 100 or 200 for each service, but say please don't tell anyone. - Same tip culture with the support staff as well - the ward boy who gets the patient on wheel chair immediately wants a tip. The maid who mops the floor does not move out of the room unless a tip is paid. So, please carry ample cash. - Just like other corporate hospitals, they see if the patient has insurance coverage and increase the bill accordingly. - Our experience with the discharge process and insurance was very bad. We waited from 10 AM till 7 PM. The nursing desk lied to us and told us that file was sent to insurance at 10 AM and would take 2-3 hrs for clearance. When we checked with insurance desk at 2 PM, they said they received the file only at 1 PM. At 4 PM they again said that they did not receive bill for the implant from doctor and told us to talk to the doctor directly. Only after a lot of argument, they finally discharged us at 7 PM. - After writing an initial google review about the insurance desk, the insurance desk person came and made us forcefully delete the review that too in front of her only. As we feared the quality of further treatment for our father, we had no choice but to delete the review. Overall, we felt that it is a memorial hospital in terms of quality of service - less compared to a corporate hospital. But the charges and culture seemed like any other corporate hospital.
