Had my wedding in this lovely location, very beautifully made Resort with plenty of space for large weddings, also the rooms are clean and have all required facilities. The staff is helpful and CB lawns is a definite recommend to anyone who wants to celebrate their important events of life
Hosted an amazing party at CB Lawns. Very nice banquet hall, lawns, food & helping staff. Had an awesome over all experience. I must say best one in Sitapur.
Everything was excellent as per our planned. Ambience was also very decent on the stage on wedding day. Management was very supportive and punctual specially Manager (Pandit Ji) even they support at anytime on a single call. Only one thing that towel should be present in the rooms.

Property is best for classic wedding and party events. no liquor place. Madap is awesome along with huge hall for guests. 4 rooms one single big room along with attached lavatory. Overall fine place. But this place is need atleast 20 rooms. In such amount.
The resort is too amazing for having functions. It has spacious garden with a beautiful greenry and a cool fountain. The hall is very large and it has full airconditioning. I just loved lightening which directly contrbutes to clicking of pretty pictu

Overcharged.... Online payment through app is not accepted. Price on app was 1300 Manager took 2000 Oyo does nothing in this... This matter should be looked into as soon as possible.
Very clean rooms. Receptionist was also very kind and helpful. Only thing was food was taking too long and was not that tasty. Other services are provided in time.
