Good infra and spacious railway station. The CIDCO has built good infrastructure, and the ticket counter and parking facility are better. They have also engineered it well, with many corporate offices on the top. I'm rating the station because of the current condition, and there is less attention on keeping the railway station clean.

This part of Navi Mumbai is commercial business area. This railway station host itself international infotech services to cater the need of the people around.Metro will be starting soon the metro station is still under construction and testing phase.

Belaur Railway Station is built inside a huge CBD Belapur Railway Building... Multiple towers are used for commercial purposes and given to many big shots organization.. very bing floor area in that tower. The Belapur railway station is very spacious and has all basic facilities like a washroom, restroom, food stalls and juice stalls. The ticket booking counter is on both sides of the railway building. Nowadays Navi Mumbai Metro station work is going on and that is also too spacious. Railway authorities kept the station very neat and clean. Maintenance is too good.

Good local train services available. Regular cleaning takes place. That is the good part. A very well maintained railway station considering railways standard. You can catch train going towards Panvel, Thane, Chatarpati Shivaji Terminus and Andheri. These train are very frequent, approximately 5-20 minutes intervals.
