Well presented dishes with delicious flavours n properly blended spices... Have luscious crisp . Worth out your every single penny. Mocktails as well as cocktails are also very different n having that tangy touch. Such a radicilous staff of security at the entrance only they start asking why we are visiting their and ask to go from different gate of mall front gate without asking we are going for different shop of flames or papa whiskey which is not acceptable. Everybody have respect and staff have to understand. Sorry to say but being an hotelier I must say the restaurant will not run good if the same happen continuously but I must say inside the ambience and staff was good.

Horrible customer service by Akshay. We specifically called in advance and got a table booked but on reaching there, to our surprise, Akshay told us that he never gave any commitment for a table and that we could simply walk-in and enjoy without a table and chairs! He was very much fine with the idea of us leaving the place and going elsewhere! What's the use of taking advanced bookings over the phone when you can't manage it properly? Such high-headed people with least sense of CRM! Pathetic experience!!

Called Akshay (probably the manager) at 6pm to book a table for 10pm. On reaching, to our surprise, our name is not even on the guest list. After several clarifications at the door, we finally get in to realise they aren't willing to offer us a proper place to sit, just some stools at the bar. Akshay clearly denies any commitment to give us a 'table', which is so funny! You think we specially called you for a reservation, paid the cover charges just because we wanted to stand at the bar?! He was also very okay with the idea of his customers leaving, with no speck of apology whatsoever. Let's see how okay you are with this idea after a couple of months when something new opens up. Don't commit, if you cant deliver, it's that simple. What a waste of a fine Saturday night!

Papa Whiskey is a nicely done place with gr8 ambience. Double height ceiling and. Grand chandelier welcome you as you wanted the place. The restaurateurs who have opened this place are from Delhi and have a sound inspiration from the capital city itself. Whiskey as a poison is very much in fashion since a place named after the poison itself opened in Gurgaon. Papa Whiskey is a brewery which serves some fresh beers on the tap. Though only 2 were available when we visited it. Bar is made beautifully and I am sure when it's fully pepped with bottles it will look spectacular. Cafe style food which is similar to every place in this category and serves the likes of Nachos, tikkas, burgers, pizzas and a menu which is mostly nice and can't be rated as gourmet. Veg options which can be tried with your choice of drinks as per me our Lotus stem sweet chilli, Arancini, Spinach and cheese cigar rolls. For non vegetarians you can defnibteky try chicken jujeh kebab which is very similar to Malai tikka and SMOKY Chicken tinka coated with Mung Dal. This place can be a game changer only if they concentrate on their innovation and quality of cocktails especially Whisky based coz it will showcase and also go with their concept of Papa Whiskey. Shall try and visit it again soon on my next visit.
