Personal Training is the best you can have here for quick results. if you are a fan of hard-core old-school concepts then go for it at a reasonable fee structure. They have all the required equipment one needs. The trainer is very professional and friendly when guiding you to do the exercises correctly.
This is one place which has a simple setup. best for people who want to do serious workout. You don't have to be a body builder and no matter what shape you are in, people will be supportive and help you out. Mr. Bhupendra Singh is very flexible in terms of the timings you choose and will support you in your exercise routine, diet plan and give you training support without pressuring you into buying any extra subscription.
Been working out at this gym since a few months and my experience has been pretty good. The owner and trainer, Bhupender bhaiya has great knowledge of how an exercise affects you and everything else one needs at a gym. Also, the gym is spacious enough. I'll definitely recommend it to anyone who's looking for a good place to work out.
As a body builder himself, Bhupendra ji doesn't just think of you as a client, but as a person who comes to his gym with a goal in mind. He will get you there, so put your trust in him, don't try anything "fancy". Stick to the basics, his guidance and a good diet, which he will help you with free. BTW, this place is not like other gyms where "add-ons" are sold to clients to make money.
