Well, we have had a recent tour @ MP for 16 days. It has been concluded today. This is the first tour with Banerjee Special. I would say, the tour was good. The tour manager Mr. Sanjay Mukherjee alongside his supporting team members were excellent. It could have been better if we had an assistant of the tour manager to support us at all places during the spot visits. Anyways, I am glad to rate as follows: 1. Bus - 4 out of 5 2. Hotel - 4 out of 5 3. Food - 5 out of 5 4. Behaviour - 5 out of 5 5. Supporting staffs - 5 out of 5 6. Tour Manager- 4 out of 5 7. Overall - 4 out of 5

The worst service ever. We were asked to check out of the rooms at 11:00AM when the train was at 6pm and had to struggle in the hotel lobby for 6 hours. The railway station was 1km way and we were asked to walk. They didn't book confirmed tickets and no information was given to us about it prior the trip. If this is the kind of service provided after paying so much I would like to rate it as the worst service ever. Will never travel with Banerjee special again. They are very prompt while taking the payments but services are worst. If you or your parents are travelling please do not go ahead with this agency. Its the worst

Worst experience ever . Just returned from Rajasthan few days back . They are like a chain of cheaters from top to bottom . They will show you unnecessary bill for hotels to try to cheat you in the first place . Hotels they selected to stay were the absolute worst only 2 times they gave the hotel room good ones other than that rest of the hotels in the 9 days tour all were the WORST . Even in one hotel room we find sink water seeping out from the middle of the room . Only the food they serve was good , other than that "Bannerjee special" is nothing special , even the normal tourist guides were better than them . They will show you different kind of bills to grab money from you . If you are going with family then dont choose this tour agency . This the absolute worst .

Dear Sir, I , Namita an tour companion. Kashmir is my 1st tour with you. It is really unfortunate the way you conducted the tour from 14/03/2023 to 27/03/2023 with your most inefficient and careless tour manager Mr Ashok Sinha. On the day of our return journey from Katra to Kolkata on 25/03/2023 he checked out us from hotel at 12'o clock at noon while our schedule train timing from Jammu station to Kolkata was at 8.30 pm. He hired a Jammu & Kashmir state transport corporation bus to commute us from hotel to railway station. The said bus after reaching Jammu station parked the bus at the bus stand instead of near the railway station and it was raining heavily. We were six in a group. Your staff denied to carry our luggage to the Jammu Railway station and compelled us to wait at the bus stand under heavy rain. The problem started when your staff in collusion with your manager Mr Ashok Sinha demanded BAKSHIS @ Rs 5000/-per room. I forcefully paid them Rs 5000/- but it was not upto their satisfaction. They were demanding further Rs 2000/- from me for last three days. We understood from the circumstances that your manager is also one of the recipients of BAKSHIS. I have great regard for your Institution. Please take stock of the matter and do the needful to stop the harassment of your valued customers with due care. This is my last tour with you.

Just returned from Rajasthan tour, so writing a detailed review on that , it was my first time with Banerjee special. Management : manager was very efficient at his work , for the whole tour we never had to take any headache. He was cordial as well Staffs : Hard working, always served food on time , carried our luggages. Food : Typical home cooked food Hotels : Jaipur ( 4/5) Ajmer ( 1/5) Udaipur ( 5/5) Mt Abu (3.5/5) Jaisalmer ( 3/5) Jodhpur ( 3/5) Most important part* Tour : Covered every place written in itinerary Provided average to good guides Gave sufficient time to cover every place except Jal Mahal in Jaipur Covered almost all important places in 10 days Comfortable AC buses

Had gone to Tamilnadu and South India in the month of December 2022, tour management is worse. Hotel stay in multiple places was not upto the mark. Cheap hotel stays. Most of the people in our group were senior citizens, the tour manager didn't make appropriate plans for comfortable travel. Itinerary was not provided until full payment. Took extra 3x amount for temple darshan. One and only plus point, the food. Authentic Bengali food was provided during the trip.

I have planned for a Nepal trip with them. But to be honest I did not find them professional. They might be a renowned name in this business and might be having lot of customers. But I did not like their way of doing work. After pathetic experience during communication I finally dropped my plan and now looking for another Vendor. In today's world customer is important and as a business they need to understand the value of time of a customer. Sadly I did not experience that.

Horrible experience with Mr. Debjeet as a tour guide and operator, last year I sent my wife and daughter in Kashmir, where as a child and mother he did not take care of them and at the end in Vaishnavdevi he sent them alone without any guidance where they got seriously sick.I will never suggest anyone in my life to go with them. Because they don't take care of someone's wife, daughter, family, they don't take the responsibility as tour operator.pls pls pls everyone think before once to send their family members with this kind of irresponsible tour agent
