Bus/Auto Stand - Auto rickshaw stand in Thiknikata - Darjeeling, India

Horrible auto stand. The auto drivers are even ready to fight. They don't move until their vehicles get fulled. Moreover in a 8 seater vehicle they take 14-15 passengers

Thank you so much for your help in organising our India trip. We had an absolutely fantastic time, helped by your companies amazing organisation and all your great staff. We saw tigers, Hindu festivals, Kanchenjunga, Darjeeling tea plantations and all the sites of Delhi.

Very wide sweep of the Asian Highway 2, along the outskirts of Siliguri town. At the turning is the stand for autos and small buses, all in a state of dilapidation, rusted and rumbled. Shouts hailing for customers, hoots and whistled, while the large Volvo buses to Kolkata pass by in majestic apathy.

Could not get auto when needed

Good traffic lights, traffic police and public friendly services like buses, auto rikshaws for almost all parts available- Siliguri, New Jalpaiguri, Doars and all parts of Siliguri Jalpaiguri municipal area.

Government must put better quality street light

You will get autos from here to ranidanga , ghoshputti, chaterhat, siliguri, matigara, noukaghat ,venus more and so on. Great places to dine here are bawarchi, dosa point , and sfc. You will also get in my opinion a descent cake shop called arya bakery that is located 100 m away from the bus stop
